About This Plan

The perfect vacation or forever home is charmingly designed with spectacular outdoor space in this Lake Front house plan. The exterior is composed of rustic design materials and includes a large covered porch with loads of space for family and friends. There is a double walk-up to the porch which wraps around both sides, measures in excess of 52’x13’, and includes an outdoor fireplace/grille for the perfect outdoor spot for family fun. There is an overhead gable with double window views, an exterior brick chimney and exposed rafters completing the exterior’s rustic charm. The interior features approximately 1,665 square feet of living space which includes two bedrooms, two baths and a large overhead sleeping loft. The two car optional garage is situated at the rear of the home for convenience and uninterrupted sight lines onto the home.
